HOW IT WORKS
Emergency are available to members who have Premium, Essentials, Safety & Security plans, or the OnStar Guardian app.
You can access Emergency Services in two ways:
Pushing the red SOS button in your vehicle or in the OnStar Guardian app
Calling 1-888-4ONSTAR
Both options connect you to an who can help you get assistance in cases of car crashes, downed power lines, medical emergencies, natural disasters and more. They can contact family members or emergency personnel.
The Good Samaritan feature also allows you to request help for others on the road in the case of an accident, abandoned vehicle or another emergency.
You can manage your account online by signing into your GM Account, pushing the blue OnStar button in your vehicle and speaking with an Advisor, or calling 1.888.4ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827).
