Roadside Assistance is a feature of some OnStar plans to help with common vehicle issues, such as running out of gas, fixing a flat or towing to a repair center.
There are four ways to get Roadside
Roadside Assistance is included in the Premium, Essentials, and Safety & Security plans as well as with the OnStar Guardian app. Members with only an OnStar Guardian app must request Roadside Assistance through the Guardian app. Subscribers can get help with many services, including jump-starts, flat tires, tows and unlocking doors. Go to the plans page to find out more.
You can manage your account online by signing in to your GM Account, pushing the blue OnStar button in your vehicle and speaking with an Advisor, or calling 1.888.4ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827).
To find out if your vehicle has this feature, contact your dealer or refer to your vehicle’s equipment list. Please check your Owner’s Manual for more information about features.
